HR Operations Manager (arabic speaking)

We are seeking a HR Operations Manager to join our dynamic team within the banking and financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws.
• Oversee visa processes for new hires and existing employees, ensuring timely and efficient handling.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts, from job description creation to candidate selection and on boarding.
• Facilitate on boarding and off boarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for all employees.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the company's objectives and align with central bank guidelines.
• Establish and refine HR procedures and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Liaise with the head office in Iraq, requiring effective communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Mid-level HR experience, ideally within banking, trade finance, or financial services sectors.
• Familiarity with HR operations and payroll in an SME environment.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English to facilitate translation with HQ.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain procedures aligned with regulatory requirements.
