In This Role You Will

  • Execute HR process optimisation by leading ideation efforts through detailed process reviews, identifying inefficiencies and uncovering opportunities for innovation and improvement. You will also collaborate with Governance, Compliance, and other stakeholders to reimagine workflows, leveraging innovative technologies, data analysis, employee experience insights, and feedback to implement impactful and aligned solutions.
  • Collaborate with HR Technology and Systems teams to implement tools and technologies that enhance HR services. You will support integration, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to innovation by staying informed on emerging HR tech trends.
  • Manage project plans by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful execution of process optimisation and employee experience initiatives. You will monitor progress, address challenges, and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Design training programs and materials, including user guides and workshops, to enable employees and stakeholders to adopt new processes and tools effectively, and provide guidance and resources to ensure successful knowledge transfer and capability building.
  • Leverage data-driven insights from employee feedback, industry benchmarks, and internal reviews to identify opportunities for process enhancements and innovation, and develop and execute targeted improvement initiatives that drive operational excellence, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable outcomes aligned with business objectives.
  • Support change management efforts by collaborating with stakeholders to identify potential challenges, develop mitigation strategies, and drive engagement. You will also facilitate communication, provide training resources, and ensure seamless adoption of new HR processes and systems to achieve desired outcomes and minimise disruption.

Qualification

To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Lead HR process optimisation and employee experience initiatives, delivering measurable outcomes through continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Drive data-driven enhancements by leveraging analytics and industry benchmarking to identify and implement best practices.
  • Support structured change management and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align stakeholders and ensure successful execution of initiatives.

You Will Have An Edge If You Have

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, systems, service delivery models, and technology platforms, with knowledge of HR operating models, governance, and shared services.
  • Advanced analytical skills to interpret complex data, provide actionable insights, and influence process design through evidence-based recommendations and industry benchmarking.
  • Demonstrated experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) and change management frameworks, supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple initiatives, and maintain strategic focus in dynamic environments.
  • Strong communication skills for delivering presentations, facilitating training, and producing clear documentation, combined with curiosity for emerging HR technologies and a proactive mindset toward innovation.
