Role Description

We are seeking a highly qualified HSE Engineer (RTA Projects) to join our team in Dubai on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards across RTA road and infrastructure projects, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and company policies. This role requires a proactive professional with deep technical knowledge of U.A.E infrastructure safety standards, strong leadership, and a commitment to promoting a zero-incident culture.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Level 6 Diploma in Health & Safety
• Minimum 8 years of U.A.E experience in road and infrastructure projects.
• Mandatory experience in RTA projects with thorough understanding of RTA HSE guidelines.
• Excellent knowledge of U.A.E HSE laws, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
