We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager with a background in commercial building projects to oversee all health, safety, and environmental initiatives within our organization.
Job Responsibility
- Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures specific to commercial building projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, providing recommendations for improvement and prevention.
- Lead training sessions to educate employees on best practices for health, safety, and environmental matters.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to promote a culture of safety and accountability on site.
- UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor's degree in engineering is a must.
- Proven experience as an HSE Manager in the commercial building industry.
- In-depth knowledge of local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH or OSHA are highly desirable.
