Trustbend Packers & Movers is seeking a committed and safety-focused HSE Officer to oversee health, safety, and environmental practices across our operations in Dubai. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and training programs
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions
• Coordinate emergency response drills and safety training sessions
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of safety records, permits, and audits
• Liaise with government authorities and ensure compliance with UAE health and safety laws
• Promote a culture of safety awareness and best practices across the organization
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HSE role, preferably in logistics or transport
• Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and standards
• Certified in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent safety training
• Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations effectively
