Job Description
استالم بطاقة تحديد االحتياجات التدريبية للموظفين وتدخيلها في النظام. مراجعة فعالية التدريب والتطوير وتقييم االثر العائد لبرنامج الدورة. تقييم البرامج التدريبية بما في ذلك التأكد من تطابق المواد العلمية للبرامج مع األهداف الموضوعة مسبقا. المشاركة في اختيار الشركات والمؤسسات التدريبية المتخصصة في تنفيذ البرامج التدريبية المختلفة ويقوم بالتنسيق معها. المشاركة في تصميم قاعدة البيانات الخاصة بمجال التدريب بما في ذلك التأكد من تحديثها اوال بأول تنظيم وتنفيذ الخطط والبرامج الخاصة بالتدريب والمعتمدة بالجهة وفقا للخطط الزمنية المحددة للتنفيذ. اعداد التقارير الدورية المتعلقة بالمشاكل التي تعوق تنفيذ مشاريع برامج التدريب بما في ذلك اقتراح الطرق والوسائل الخاصة بتطوير التدريب
Minimum Qualification
درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة أعمال/ الموارد البشرية أو ما يعادلها
Preferred Qualification
درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة أعمال/ الموارد البشرية أو ما يعادلها
Expected Skills
خبرة من 3 سنوات كحد اعلى في مجاإلدارة األعمال/ الموارد البشرية وشؤون الموظفين والشؤون االدارية.
