Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist in HR data analysis and reporting, generating basic reports and contributing to data insights
• Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives, managing specific tasks or components
• Respond to employee inquiries, offering assistance with HR-related questions and issues
• Maintain HR records and systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
• Stay informed about HR best practices and trends, staying up to date on industry changes
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams on various HR projects and tasks
• Support the development and updates of HR policies and procedures
• Participate in audits and compliance checks, ensuring HR practices meet legal standards
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Min 1+ years of relevant work experience in Human Resources
• Proven experience in HR data analysis and reporting
• Proficiencies in HR metrics, data interpretation, and reporting tools
• A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
  
  

Other Qualifications

• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications in data analysis or HR analytics are a plus
