What You’ll Be Doing:
HR Strategy & Development:
Design and implement HR strategies that align with our growing fintech vision. Work closely with leadership to ensure our workforce is positioned for success and growth. Lead the charge on creating programs that attract, engage, and retain top talent.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Oversee recruitment efforts to find and attract high-performing talent.
Training & Career Development:
Create training programs that empower employees to build their skills and advance in their careers. Develop career development pathways that align with both individual goals and company priorities.
Employee Experience & Engagement:
Foster a positive, inclusive workplace where employees thrive. Lead initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, enhance collaboration, and nurture a culture of innovation and growth.
Compliance & HR Governance:
Ensure all HR processes and policies are compliant with industry regulations and best practices. Stay ahead of evolving HR trends and legislation to ensure our HR function remains innovative and effective.
Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution:
Guide teams through challenges and be the go-to resource for resolving workplace issues. Your expertise will ensure smooth HR operations for everyone.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Encourage a culture of learning and professional development to ensure our HR function is always ready for future challenges.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on driving strategies and leading talent management in fast-paced, growth-oriented industries—fintech experience is a plus.
Education:
A degree in HR management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant HR certifications are a plus.
