InterContinental Dubai Marina is a Five Star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai Marina, featuring 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event spaces, and a variety of restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five-star presence.

Your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Actively liaise with departments to plan and deliver colleague engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building events that strengthen morale and workplace culture.
  • Maintain and energize the hotel’s activity calendar by organizing sports tournaments, themed days, wellness initiatives, and social gatherings that foster connection and fun.
  • Develop and promote colleague wellbeing programs, workshops, and awareness seminars that support mental, physical, and emotional health.
  • Championing a collaborative culture by facilitating open communication, recognition initiatives, and opportunities for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Serve as a friendly, reliable point of contact for all colleagues’ inquiries.
  • Coordinate and support the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for candidates, from job postings and interview scheduling to onboarding new hires.
  • Conduct engaging orientations and onboarding sessions to help new colleagues feel valued, supported, and connected from day one.
  • Keep accurate, well-organized HR records and personnel files.
  • Prepare and manage key HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and internal memos.
  • Create regular HR reports with insights on colleague engagement, wellbeing, and workforce trends to keep leadership aligned and informed.
  • Handle all sensitive colleague information with discretion and integrity.

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR support role preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
