One of JobIn Clients is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive. This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of HR functions, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to supporting employees and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support recruitment efforts, including job posting, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees, ensuring a smooth integration process.
• Manage employee records and update HR databases, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and data accuracy.
• Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and resolve employee queries.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, employee engagement programs, and performance management.
• Facilitate training and development sessions, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a positive approach to employee interactions.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple HR tasks effectively.
- Ability to address employee concerns and resolve HR issues professionally.
- Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
- 2+ years of experience in human resources
