We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team!
This role will manage full-cycle HR functions, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support office administration. It requires strong organization, attention to detail, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
• Manage end-to-end HR operations — recruitment, onboarding, performance, and engagement.
• Maintain accurate employee records per company and statutory requirements.
• Oversee payroll, leave, and attendance systems.
• Develop and implement HR policies, employment contracts, and documentation.
• Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and reporting requirements.
• Liaise with government bodies and external agencies.
Administrative Support:
• Assist with general office admin — filing, procurement, and documentation.
• Support management with scheduling, communication, and event coordination.
• Handle ad-hoc HR and admin projects as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ HR experience (construction or fit-out preferred).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws & statutory regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Proficient in MS Office.
