Job Brief:

Our client in the construction industry is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive with a minimum of 2 years of regional experience, preferably in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, visa processing, payroll coordination, and a solid understanding of the region's Labour Law. Prior experience in the building construction industry is a mandate.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and exit procedures.
  • Handle visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and coordination with PROs and relevant government authorities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with the Labour Law and company policies.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data such as attendance, absences, overtime, and leave records.
  • Prepare and calculate end-of-service benefits (gratuity), leave salary, final settlements, and related documentation in compliance with the Labour Law.
  • Assist in performance management processes, training coordination, and employee development initiatives.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and management.
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation for management review.
  • Support compliance with health, safety, and labour regulations in line with statutory and company requirements.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience in Dubai (mandatory).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Labour Law, HR best practices, and statutory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience in visa processing, PRO coordination, gratuity calculation, and leave salary preparation.
  • Prior experience in the building construction industry is a must.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR/payroll software systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
