HR Manager Opportunity
This strategic role requires a dynamic HR professional to oversee all people operations while fostering our culture of innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for technical and non-technical roles
Design performance management systems and career frameworks
Oversee Compensation & Benefits Programs (including Visa Processing)
Manage employee relations and ensure UAE labor law compliance
Drive learning & development initiatives
Implement HR tech solutions to streamline processes
Build employer branding and talent retention strategies
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's in HR/Business (Master's/MBA preferred)
Certification: CIPD/SHRM certification highly valued
Experience

- 8+ years HR experience with 3+ years in managerial role

- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws Technical Skills:

- Advanced Excel/People Analytics
- ATS platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse)
