Role Overview:

As our Human Resources Officer, you will oversee HR functions, manage employee relations, recruitment, and training, while also supporting executives with administrative tasks. This role is pivotal in ensuring that Rawteen operates smoothly with a dedicated, motivated workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and maintain HR documentation.

Handle administrative duties to support the HR department and senior management.

Coordinate employee training and development, with a focus on supermarket operations or retail.

Assist executives with scheduling, travel arrangements, and communications.

Maintain professional and clear written communication with staff and external stakeholders.

Support PRO-related tasks such as visa processing, employee documentation, and government communication.

What We Need:

At least 2 years of HR experience in the UAE.

Immediate availability.

Willing to work onsite in Dubai/Sharjah or remotely.

Strong written English skills are essential.

Experience in training and/or supermarket environments is a plus.

HR-related education or studies are a plus.

A willingness to assist with personal assistant duties for senior management.
