A newly established, fully regulated company in the entertainment industry is seeking a People Partner (HR) to support its growth and help shape a strong, people-focused culture from the ground up. This role will be instrumental in delivering core HR functions and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and best practices.

As a People Partner in Abu Dhabi, you’ll manage the full employee life cycle—from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and compliance. You’ll work closely with teams to align local practices with global standards while promoting a culture rooted in the company's values.

This hands-on role combines strategic input with operational execution, making you the go-to HR resource for both employees and leadership. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment where innovation and people come first.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage people services including hiring, onboarding, visas, contracts, performance, L&D, and offboarding.
  • Act as a trusted HR advisor on labour laws, team dynamics, and employee relations.
  • Promote the values and drive engagement initiatives across the Abu Dhabi office.
  • Support team leads with tailored people strategies and employee experience improvements.
  • Maintain accurate data in systems like Hibob, Teamtailor, and Wemply.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and manage local policies (e.g., time-off, health & safety).
  • Partner with Payroll and ensure smooth salary processes via local vendors.
  • Drive DEI, manage employee merch, and monitor people-related KPIs and OKRs.
  • Network within iGaming and tech to stay ahead of HR trends.


Key Skills & Experience:


3+ years in HR, People Partner, or Generalist roles, ideally in iGaming or tech.

Deep knowledge of UAE labour laws, visas, and work permits.


Strong background in recruitment, performance, engagement, and HR best practices.


Skilled in HRIS/ATS tools, with a data-driven approach to HR.


Excellent English communication and emotional intelligence.


Resilient, organized, and solution-oriented with strong multitasking ability.


Trusted advisor with global perspective and high integrity in handling confidential matters.
