THE MISSION?

Ready to take charge and keep our hotel sparkling and safe? We’re on the hunt for a Hygiene Manager who’s up for the challenge of ensuring our hotel is a safe haven for all our guests and team members!

Your Mission, Should You Choose To Accept It

• You’re the guardian of cleanliness and safety, keeping a sharp eye on everything from food handling to storage to ensure our high standards.
• Audit time! You’ll check our hotel and suppliers to keep us in line with food safety and HACCP rules.
• Stay ahead of the game by tracking the latest HACCP trends and keeping the F&B and Kitchen teams updated.
• You’re the go-to for health and safety, managing risks and reducing guest complaints about hygiene.
• Share your wisdom by training our managers, supervisors, and colleagues on health and safety.
• Work closely with contractors and sales teams to keep our health and safety game strong.
• Be the pest control champ for all public and F&B areas (rooms are off-limits!).
• Handle food sampling, investigate any issues, and keep all documentation in check.
