Job Description

We’re seeking a Senior Manager to join us and help shape the future of our growing practice. In this role, you will:

• Lead business development initiatives—from RFPs and client pitches to designing strategic delivery models.
• Drive thought leadership, sharing insights through seminars, webinars, roundtables, and industry events.
• Advise on complex regional immigration matters, including new entity setups, mergers & acquisitions, expansion planning, and organizational health checks/audits.
• Collaborate across disciplines, working closely with Immigration and Mobility experts to deliver innovative solutions.
• Oversee key projects, including the smooth transition and onboarding of new engagements.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
• Build lasting client relationships, with shared responsibility for client account management.

Requirements

We’re looking for an experienced professional who brings both expertise and leadership to the table. Ideally, you will have:

• 10+ years of experience in the immigration or mobility space.
• Middle East exposure (preferred but not essential) and ideally hands-on experience managing end-to-end immigration processes in at least one GCC country.
• A track record of leading and coaching teams, guiding junior professionals to success.
• Experience managing a client portfolio with the mindset of a business owner.
• A strong industry network and proven ability to drive business development initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results.
