We are looking for an experienced IMS & ISO Lead Audit Manager to oversee the auditing process, ensuring compliance with IMS (Integrated Management System) and ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards. The ideal candidate will lead a team of auditors, conduct audits, and provide guidance on improvements to maintain certification.
Job Responsibility
- Develop audit plans and schedules for IMS and ISO standards
- Conduct audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement
- Lead a team of auditors to ensure audits are conducted efficiently and effectively
- Provide guidance and recommendations on corrective actions to maintain certification
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements based on audit findings
- Stay up-to-date on changes in IMS and ISO standards and ensure compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Certified Lead Auditor for IMS and ISO standards
- Proven experience in conducting audits and leading audit teams
- Strong knowledge of IMS and ISO requirements and standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate audit findings and recommendations effectively

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure adherence to standards
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying non-conformities and areas of risk
- Proficiency in using audit tools and software to streamline audit processes and documentation tracking
