Role Overview
The Inbound Client Associate role is based in our Dubai office, focused on engaging with prospective clients who have registered their interest in Skybound Wealth’s services. These individuals are seeking financial advice as they plan their futures, with the successful candidate there to make the first connection.
You will be responsible for introducing potential clients to Skybound Wealth’s services, understanding their circumstances, and matching them with one of our qualified Wealth Advisors. This is a consultative, client-first sales role that requires a confident, professional phone manner and the ability to quickly build rapport.
You’ll be contacting individuals primarily via phone and email, with occasional in-person meetings depending on the location and nature of the client. Rather than cold outreach, your time will be spent engaging people who are already seeking expert advice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on enquiries from online web campaigns, event attendance or introductions from existing clients
- Qualify prospective individual clients and identify suitable solutions based on their needs
- Effectively present the Skybound Wealth proposition and build trust from first contact
- Book consultations for our qualified Wealth Advisors and ensure a smooth handover
- Maintain accurate records and manage client interactions using internal CRM tools
- Identify potential B2B opportunities, alongside our Partnerships Manager
- Collaborate closely with Advisors, Marketing, Partnerships and Operations to support new client onboarding
- Experience dealing with clients in relation to financial services, in a B2C or B2B environment
- Proven success in a proactive sales or client-facing role
- Excellent phone manner—confident, professional, and articulate
- Natural ability to build rapport and overcome objections
- Organised and proactive with strong attention to detail
- Experience using CRM systems and managing client pipelines is a plus
- A basic salary relevant to current
