Job Overview

KILONEWTONS is looking for a highly skilled Industrial Engineer to join our Ras Al Khaimah operations team. You will be responsible for improving efficiency, reducing costs, and optimizing production processes in our state-of-the-art facility.

Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization:

  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes for maximum efficiency
  • Implement lean manufacturing & Six Sigma methodologies
  • Reduce waste and enhance productivity across operations

Production Planning

  • Design workflow systems & plant layouts
  • Develop production schedules & capacity plans
  • Optimize resource allocation & manpower planning

Quality & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with ISO & OSHA standards
  • Implement quality control measures
  • Conduct risk assessments & safety audits

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Use statistical analysis to identify bottlenecks
  • Prepare performance reports & KPIs
  • Recommend cost-saving initiatives

Technology Integration

  • Implement automation & Industry 4.0 solutions
  • Work with ERP & MES systems
  • Support digital transformation projects

Technical Expertise

 Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in industrial engineering (manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)

Software & Tools

  • Simulation Tools: Arena, FlexSim
  • Data Analysis: Minitab, Tableau
  • ERP Systems: SAP, Oracle

Essential Skills

  • Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Fluency in English (Arabic a plus)

Education

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Industrial Engineering or related field
