As an Industry Head you will lead a high-performing sales team, fostering talent development and managing client relationships both collaboratively and separately. You will demonstrate excellent business skills through direct client interaction, leading difficult pitches, and initiating high-level conversations. You will play a crucial role in the local Sales leadership team and community, bringing and building a growth mindset, influencing and implementing growth strategies. You will motivate the team to set high account plans and execute strategies, helping and inspiring clients to achieve their objectives and to be successful in a world of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions using Google's products and services.

Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting or media.
- Ability to communicate in Russian and English fluently, in order to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- 6 years of experience in people management with proven experience in leading and building dynamic sales teams of highly advanced advertisers.
- Experience working with or reporting to C suites.
- Experience in business management across product, platform, or agency environments.
- Excellent background in digital products/marketing.
- Excellent commercial acumen with a proven track record of success in business management.
