Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient technical operations. We are looking for someone with extensive expertise in both software and hardware, along with strong skills in setting up and maintaining computer and network system

Roles & Responsibilities:

Install and configure computers, printers, and peripheral devices.

Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

Set up and manage internet connections and cabling.

Administer servers and ensure their stability and security.

Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT issues promptly.

Install and update software and operating systems.

Monitor network performance and take preventive measures to ensure business continuity.

Skills & Qualifications:

Degree in Information Technology or a related field.

Hands-on experience in IT Support or System Administration.

In-depth knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).

Strong understanding of networking and infrastructure setup.

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently.

Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
