Infrastructure Asset Management Administrator

• Experience and good knowledge of CMMS or EAM application framework and modules.
• Provides technical and procedural direction and/or support to CMMS/EAM users.
• Has a clear understanding of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance concepts.
• Communicates, consults, and coordinates with various groups, business stakeholders, and management to ensure appropriate integration of processes and modules.
• Highly ethical, disciplined and organized with an analytical mindset.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (i.e., Excel, Word, PPT, Teams, Power BI, etc…).
• Experience with Asset data collection and Database management.
• Has a sense of urgency with deadlines and drives objectives with increasing challenges.
• Awareness of MEP infrastructure equipment related to data centre operations.
• Good understanding of Maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Self-disciplined and capable of working independently and as part of a diverse team. Good team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to QA & QC data to meet quality and integrity requirements and report on findings.
• Ability to train users on assets data collection/surveying process.
• Good project management skills in delivering timely, quality, and cost tasks.
• Excellent investigative skills to flag gaps/inconsistencies and draw action items for remediation.
  
  

Ability to travel to work on assignments/projects and/or attend meetings.

Essential Skills

Systems administration experience in the CMMS/EAM programme is a minimum requirement.

Experience in developing and administering a preventive and corrective maintenance programme.

Initiative-taker and disciplined, able to work independently and willing to work within tight deadlines to meet business requirements

General MS Office software experience with a heavy focus on spreadsheet data entry/management.

Excellent reporting skills: Excel, Power BI, etc.…

Excellent command of English (both spoken and written).

Able to travel regularly to work on projects or attend meetings.

Experience and knowledge of Database Administration.
