We are seeking a Inside Representative Engineer - Customer Facing to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate is a dynamic sales professional focused on virtual selling, leveraging Eaton’s digital tools and CRM systems to achieve sales targets.

What You’ll Do

• Uses data analytics to conduct virtual customer meetings and, when necessary, occasional on-site visits.
• Develops and maintains relationships within their portfolio.
• Drives revenue growth by strategically engaging new and existing customers and partners through online and direct interactions.
• Is reponsible for comprehensive Call Planning & Execution.
• Is in charge of Customer Feedback Loop.
• Activates the Dormant Channel Accounts.
• Adds New Partners to the Existing Channel List.
• Engages with Channel Partners: Understands and assesses their needs through detailed consultations, positioning our solutions to perfectly match their requirements.
• Drives the Sales Cycle: Leads the entire sales process, from establishing initial contact to closing deals, actively generating and pursuing leads.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Engineering Bachelor's Degree, computer science, electrical / electronics specialization preferred
• Experience as inside sales representative or in telesales, IT field preferred.
• CRM & Data Management.

• Ability to take initiatives and drive them autonomously, strongly customer-oriented.
