About The Role

The role is ideal for someone who can lead the company’s growth, presence, and engagement in the social media perspective.

You’ll be responsible for running the company’s established playbook for posting, engagement, and influencer collaboration, ensuring each platform to become a top channel for traffic and user acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Platform Management.
  
  

Maintain high content activity in the first 30 days, with at least 12 posts and a prepared backlog of tested short‑form videos to select from.

• Content Creation & Trend Integration.
  
  

Execute “initiation” campaigns for the first post, ensuring algorithm‑friendly engagement from relevant KOLs and for new content, ensuring immediate high‑value engagement within 5 minutes of posting.

• Community Engagement & Brand Building.
  
  

Drive organic growth through meaningful engagement on posts, comments, and stories.

Ensure replies are on‑brand, value‑additive, and foster positive audience interactions.

• Performance Tracking & Optimisation.
  
  

Monitor KPIs including reach, engagement rate, and follower growth, and adjust strategy accordingly.

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of reels strategy, influencer collaboration, and algorithm‑driven content performance.
• Strong short‑form content creation skills, with a portfolio of high‑engagement videos.
• Experience with crypto, Web3, or community‑driven brands is a plus.
