We're seeking a dynamic In-store Excellence Specialist who's ready to help take our retail game to the next level!. Are you passionate about elevating in-store experiences and driving excellence? Then this could be the next opportunity for you. Here is what you will be doing as Instore Excellence Specialist in Arla Foods, UAE

• Enable brand category growth via in-market execution of campaigns
• Act as a bridge between customer marketing teams & sales to align investments by channel and category ensuring flawless execution
• Work closely with sales operations and on ground supervisors to maximize in-store performance
• Provide insights and analytical based recommendations to stakeholders about ongoing performance, competitor activities, campaigns and activations
• Brief agencies, production houses and finally deployment in the markets
• Execute and monitor compliance on MSL and Planograms across customers and channels
• Monitor the Perfect Stores agenda and report in-market execution
• Execute the Chillers/Coolers plan in the market and managing the third party agency relationship.
• Ensure the consistent flow of POSM for the categories throughout the year
• Own external promoters briefing and manage the promoter plan
  
  

Your profile

• You have strong project management skills
• You are passionate to drive agencies and managing them to deliver efficient results.
• You have an eye for detail and enjoy working under pressure and deadlines while effectively multi-task.
• You have a thorough understanding of the operational guidelines for channels & store level execution.
• You identify yourself as a self-starter and team player with a passionate and outgoing personality complemented with excellent networking skills.
• You are structured with a proven track record of working effectively with multi-level stakeholders.
• You have good presentation skills and are well-spoken
