Job Description

The United Arab Emirates University invites applications for the position of Instructor in Mathematics. Candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching excellence at the undergraduate entry level and actively contribute to the growth of the UAE University. Applicants must hold a PhD or at least a master’s degree in mathematics. Strong English communication skills are essential. Familiarity with Mathematica software is required, and experience with Python will be considered an advantage. Application packages should include:

• Three recommendation letters The successful candidate will teach either at the Zayed Military Center Program (ZMC) or at the main UAEU campus in Al Maqam. Responsibilities include teaching foundation and introductory mathematics courses, as well as conducting lab sessions for courses such as Calculus, Linear Algebra, Numerical Analysis, Optimization, and Partial Differential Equations. Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic teaching schedule is essential. Proficiency in English is required for both instruction and communication. Screening of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled. Preference will be given to candidates who are actively engaged in research.
  
  

Minimum Qualification

Applicants must have earned a Master's degree in mathematics. The ability to teach undergraduate courses is a must. Familiarity with Mathematica and Python software is required

Preferred Qualification

PhD holder who is active in research.
