Main Purpose Of Role

Key Designer Role within the business to lead discipline designing performance on projects & to provide expert technical design leadership and design assurance on projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma of Engineering (Preferable)

Essential

Knowledge / Experience (Skills):

  • 13 -20 years of Oil & Gas Design Experience.

Advantage

  • Previous experience in Region
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Lead Designer

Technical Knowledge And Skills (Discipline Specific)

  • Knowledge of basic engineering processes
  • Preparation of non-critical engineering design documents
  • Ability to independently originate and check Electrical design drawings with minimal input from engineers.
  • Knowledge in Engineering Data Base related with Electrical discipline
  • Familiarity with SLDs and Cable Routing

Software Knowledge (Discipline Specific)

  • AutoCAD
  • Micro Station
  • MS Office
  • Smart Plant
