Integration Lead (m/f/d)

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Lead with deep expertise in healthcare interoperability to lead the development and integration of our claims platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Rhapsody, FHIR, clinical data terminologies, and healthcare claim transactions, and will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing secure, scalable, and standards-compliant healthcare data exchange solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration efforts for the development of a healthcare claims platform.
• Design, configure, and maintain interfaces using the Rhapsody Integration Engine.
• Implement and manage healthcare systems with a focus on claims and clinical data exchange.
• Apply knowledge of interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, CDA, API, and EDI.
• Utilize clinical data terminologies including SNOMED, CPT, and LOINC.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare payer domain workflows, including prior authorizations, claims, and clinical data exchange.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, and project managers.
• Develop templates, workflows, and rules to meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure API/interface security and compliance with healthcare data protection standards.
• Work with SQL Server databases for data integration and reporting.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare interoperability and integration.
• Proven experience with Rhapsody Integration Engine (certification preferred).
• Strong understanding of FHIR, HL7, CDA, and EDI standards.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as C#, Lua, JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.
• Solid experience with SQL Server and database integration.
• Familiarity with Shafafiya and UAE healthcare data exchange standards is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Rhapsody Integration Engine Professional Certification.
• Experience in UAE healthcare ecosystem and regulatory frameworks.
• Knowledge of healthcare security standards and protocols (e.g., OAuth2, TLS, HIPAA-equivalent).
