About Moove
Moove is building the world’s largest fleet and best-in-class technologies to power mobility platforms. Our flagship Drive-to-Own (DTO) product democratises access to vehicle ownership with a revolutionary revenue-based financing model, enabling underserved mobility entrepreneurs to thrive.
Our global growth has been fuelled by our partnership with Uber and backed by leading investors and lenders, including Mubadala, BlackRock, and many others. Operating in 19 cities across 6 continents – Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, South America, and the Middle East – Moove continues to expand through strategic partnerships and acquistions with industry leaders like Waymo and Kovi. We’re transforming mobility to be safer, more efficient, and accessible to all, while creating economic opportunities and supporting skills development in the mobility sector.
At Moove, we’re building a culture where ownership, curiosity, and action drive results. We believe in doing more with less, moving fast, and getting better each day.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys leading People programmes in sprint-style execution, and is passionate about building an engaging, high-performing culture at scale. You will have the opportunity to work hands-on and strategically, ensuring that people initiatives align with our core business objectives.
Please note that we are looking for a Head of People to join our global team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
