Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces that meet our client's style preferences and functionality needs. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-quality designs from concept to completion. You should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities

• Develop and present design concepts and proposals to clients effectively.
• Create detailed drawings and 3D renderings using industry-standard design software.
• Source materials and furnishings, including samples, to present to clients for selection.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders on project implementations.
• Ensure designs adhere to building codes and regulations for safety and functionality.
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Revise and refine concepts based on client feedback and project considerations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets for client approval.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure design specifications are met.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Develop marketing materials and support business development activities as needed.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is required.
• Proven experience working as an Interior Designer, ideally with a diverse portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong visualization and spatial design skills are essential for success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively under tight deadlines and budget constraints.
• Knowledge of industry trends, building codes, and safety regulations is required.
