Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Designer with a strong portfolio and minimum 5 years of UAE experience. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in Abu Dhabi municipal regulations (ADM), Dubai standards (DM), and international design trends while ensuring compliance with local codes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop concept designs, mood boards, and detailed interior layouts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Create high-quality 2D & 3D renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ensure all designs comply with UAE building codes, fire safety regulations (Civil Defense), and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to deliver functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
- Prepare material specifications, FF&E selections, and BOQs (Bills of Quantities).
- Oversee project execution, ensuring design integrity from concept to completion.
- Stay updated with global and regional design trends, integrating innovation into projects.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in interior design (residential, commercial, or hospitality).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi & Dubai regulations (ADM, DM, Civil Defense, DDA).
- Experience in space planning, material selection, and custom furniture design.
- Ability to present ideas clearly through sketches, 3D visualizations, and technical drawings.
- Excellent project management and client communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience in luxury villas, hotels, or high-end retail spaces.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices (LEED, Estidama).
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows.
