We are seeking a creative and talented Interior Designer to join our diverse team at 18O25. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and design requirements.
• Create cohesive and aesthetically pleasing design concepts and mood boards.
• Conduct thorough site assessments to evaluate space and inform design plans.
• Select color palettes and materials that align with the client's preferences.
• Develop detailed design plans and specifications for spatial layouts.
• Coordinate with architects and contractors to ensure project feasibility and implementation.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Stay current with industry trends and integrate new ideas into design projects.
• Generate and present detailed sketches and 3D renderings to clients.
• Oversee the procurement and installation of furnishings and materials.
• Provide ongoing support and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate finished projects and gather client feedback for future improvements.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a closely related field.
• Proven experience working as an Interior Designer in diverse environments.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
• Exceptional creativity and innovation in design and space planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
