For our office in Dubai, we are looking for

Intern - 100% (m/f)

The ideal candidate will be currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Systems/MEP Engineering, Hydrology, Project Management, or a related field and will have solid understanding of core engineering principles and the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios. He will be Self-motivated and Ambitious and demonstrate a passion for learning and a desire to contribute actively to projects.

Responsibilities

• Project Support: Assist project teams in managing and executing project tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. You may be assigned to specific projects in areas like infrastructure development, energy, urban planning, or digital innovations.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct research to gather information, analyze data, and prepare reports on industry trends, project performance, and emerging technologies.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with various departments, including engineering, project management, cost management, and business development teams. Attend team meetings and participate in discussions to contribute your insights.
• Documentation & Reporting: Help maintain and organize project documents, ensuring that all records are up-to-date. You may also assist in the preparation of technical and progress reports for internal and client-facing purposes.
• Learning & Development: Attend structured training sessions and workshops focused on technical skills, soft skills, and professional development. Engage in on-the-job learning with your mentor and department colleagues.
• Problem Solving: Participate in brainstorming sessions and propose solutions for real-time issues that arise during projects, ensuring smooth workflows and project execution.
• Team Integration: Support your team in understanding the project dynamics, collaborating with various departments, and adapting to company work culture.
• Presentation: Present your findings, projects, and any analysis done during the internship period to senior leadership, showcasing your contributions and growth.
  
  

Requirements

• Students currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:
• Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.)
• Construction Management
• Project Management
• No prior work experience required. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates or students looking to gain practical experience in a global organization.
• Self-motivated and Ambitious: Demonstrate a passion for learning and a desire to contribute actively to projects.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust to a new work environment, work under pressure, and be flexible in a dynamic setting.
• Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
• Growth-Oriented: A clear focus on personal and professional development with the goal of learning and improving during the internship.
• Strong Communication: Proficient in written and spoken English. Ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and propose practical solutions to challenges faced during projects.
