DHL Global Forwarding has an opening for Intern in Dubai. Currently, we are looking for a passionate and energetic Intern to be based in the IWS Team. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Management Intern to join our dynamic team for a period of six months. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supply chain processes and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Join us in connecting people and improving lives!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing supply chain data and identifying trends to improve efficiency.
• Help manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to track shipments and optimize delivery processes.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management review.
• Conduct market research to support supply chain strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on ongoing projects.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Power BI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with supply chain concepts and terminology is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous internship or work experience in supply chain or related fields is a plus, but not required.
• The candidate must be on self-sponsored visa either university visa or family sponsored.
