WSP is seeking a motivated and dedicated Architect - Intern to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in architectural design, drafting, and project management under the supervision of licensed architects. This is an intern opportunity for someone to learn with WSP.

Your new role, what's involved?

• Assist in the design and drafting of architectural plans using CAD software.
• Support architects in developing and modifying building plans and designs.
• Help prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Participate in the design and planning of various construction projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Conduct research to support design decisions and solutions.
• Inspect architectural features of structures in the field to ensure compliance with specifications and design.
• Assist in coordinating project details with other team members, consultants, and clients.
• Participate in the review of product or shop drawing submittals during the construction phase.
• Learn and comply with architectural standards and codes.
• Create and manage digital and physical architectural models.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
