WSP is seeking a motivated and dedicated Architect - Intern to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in architectural design, drafting, and project management under the supervision of licensed architects. This is an intern opportunity for someone to learn with WSP.

WSP is seeking a motivated and dedicated Architect - Intern to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in architectural design, drafting, and project management under the supervision of licensed architects. This is an intern opportunity for someone to learn with WSP.
Your new role, what's involved?
- Assist in the design and drafting of architectural plans using CAD software.
- Support architects in developing and modifying building plans and designs.
- Help prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Participate in the design and planning of various construction projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
- Conduct research to support design decisions and solutions.
- Inspect architectural features of structures in the field to ensure compliance with specifications and design.
- Assist in coordinating project details with other team members, consultants, and clients.
- Participate in the review of product or shop drawing submittals during the construction phase.
- Learn and comply with architectural standards and codes.
- Create and manage digital and physical architectural models.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of creativity.
- Gain practical experience in architectural design and project management.
- Work on a variety of projects and learn from experienced professionals.
