About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for an Intern to join Architecture and Spatial Design in Jumeirah properties in Dubai. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Assist in developing design concepts and architectural plans under the guidance of senior architects and designers.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and understand project requirements.
• Create detailed drawings and 3D models using CAD software and other design tools.
• Assist in preparing design proposals and visualizations to clients and project stakeholders.
• Support the research and selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings for various projects.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure designs align with client needs, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
• Participate in project meetings, taking notes and providing input on design solutions and project progress.
• Help with the preparation of project documentation, including specifications, reports, and schedules.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies in architecture and spatial design.
• Assist in managing project timelines and ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule.
