About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for an Intern to join F&B Service Team in Jumeirah properties in Dubai. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Provide guests with a unique and outstanding dining experience, ensuring all interactions are friendly, attentive, and professional.
• Warmly welcome and seat guests while delivering prompt, efficient, and personalized service throughout their visit.
• Possess extensive knowledge of the menu, beverages, restaurant concepts, and promotions to confidently answer all guest queries.
• Guide, recommend, and upsell food and beverage offerings to enhance the dining experience, boost sales, and encourage repeat visits.
• Answer phone calls and assist with restaurant reservations, special requests, and event bookings using relevant F&B systems.
• Consistently uphold high service standards, presentation, and hospitality to maximize guest satisfaction and loyalty.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• A student at a hospitality or business school, or a recent graduate.
• Prior internship experience in a 5-star hotel or any other luxury environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English; additional international languages are a plus.
• Available to start in August.
