WSP Middle East are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our team in Sharjah, UAE.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and insights into the various functions that support the smooth operation of our business. You will work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to a variety of tasks and projects across different departments including HR, Finance, IT, and Administration.

Your new role, what's involved?

• Hands-on experience with a leading global engineering consultancy.
• Mentorship from experienced professionals in the field.
• Engage in continuous learning opportunities to understand the different functions within shared services.
• Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities.
• Assist in various Human Resource(HR) activities and provide support to various other business support units.
• Perform administrative tasks such as document management and organizing meetings.
• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with data entry, maintaining the Job Description Library, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  
  

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of office operations and administrative functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
