The Business Development, International Regional Markets, is a key member of our sales department and responsible for expanding our company's regional presence and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, market analysis, and international sales initiatives. Your tasks
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential markets, target customers, and key competitors. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, industry trends, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
- Formulate and execute effective sales strategies and logistics to penetrate international markets and achieve revenue targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, sales companies, and channel partners to expand the company's global reach.
- Proactively seek and engage with potential clients and partners through networking events, trade shows, conferences, and other relevant platforms. Build and nurture a pipeline of leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
- Conduct negotiations with potential clients, sales companies, and partners to secure profitable agreements. Drive the contract negotiation process and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, legal teams, and executives to ensure successful deal closure.
- Liaise with internal teams such as marketing, product management, operations, and finance to align strategies, develop compelling value propositions, and deliver integrated solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities in international markets. Analyze and interpret market data to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats, providing valuable insights to senior management.
- Set ambitious sales targets and take ownership of achieving them. Regularly track and report sales performance, providing accurate forecasts and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Work effectively with company personnel, customers, and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner; listen to and objectively consider ideas and suggestions from others; keep commitments; solve problems creatively, effectively, and decisively.
- Act committedly regarding the protection of the environment and the health and safety of our employees, customers, and neighbors. Exhibit the three GF Core Values in daily business activities.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in international sales, business development, or a related role.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and closing complex sales deals.
- Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information
- Ability to maintain a professional atmosphere in a fast-paced environment with numerous interactions and interruptions.
- High degree of initiative, self-motivation and ability to motivate others.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with Team Members and colleagues.
