Job Description
Your responsibilities will include identifying and engaging with potential candidates, conducting interviews and assessments, and managing the hiring process from start to finish. You will need to have a deep understanding of the engineering procurement construction industry, as well as experience working with international staff
Duties and responsibilities
In this role, you will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and external recruitment agencies
Knowledge & Qualifications

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• 
  Minimum of 15 years of experience in international people management, preferably in a global organization

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Proficiency in relevant HR software and tools
