Job Description
We are currently looking for passionate and dynamic interns who are open to development opportunities and exploration of the hospitality industry from a practical perspective.
Since its foundation, Rotana has been committed to nurture talent by offering the opportunity for students to complete their internships in our properties. The duration of your internship will be minimum 6 months and can last up to 12 months. Our training programmes are comprehensive and specifically tailored to the development needs of trainees. As an intern with Saadiyat Rotana, you will benefit from the following-
Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should be studying in a reputed Hotel Management School or University and have a strong passion for the Hospitality industry. You must also have fluency in both written and spoken English and a professional personal presentation.

- Complete a successful training period and gain exposure in a professional work environment
- Attend various development programmes relevant to you
- Have the regular support of the Learning and Development department and Departmental Training Coordinator who will provide you with the necessary training, guidance and coaching
