Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an Intern - TikTok Content to join our team in Dubai.

Type: Part-Time Paid Internship (20 hours/week)

Duration: 6 Months (with potential for full-time employment)

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge and passion for TikTok - trends, editing, and platform-specific humor
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools)
• Confident in front of or behind the camera, with a good creative eye
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Based in Dubai with flexibility to attend shoots in person (as needed)
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
• Interest in hospitality, dining, and lifestyle content is a big advantage
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, shoot, and edit TikTok videos aligned with our brand tone and identity
• Monitor trends, sounds, and challenges to propose relevant and original content ideas
• Assist in planning content calendars for TikTok
• Support on-site shoots at our Dubai venues (restaurants, events, behind the scenes)
• Work with the marketing team to adapt broader campaign content for TikTok
• Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements

• Paid internship (monthly stipend)
• 20 hours per week (flexible scheduling, including some on-site work)
• 6-month duration with the potential for a full-time opportunity
