Bidfood ME is one of the leading foodservice companies in the UAE and Middle East, looking for an Inventory Controller & Receiver. The ideal candidate's primary function is to maintain labelling system on each stock item, manually stocks inventory shelving with stock items received or returned
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- To ensure receiving schedule is received from supply chain department before receiving stocks.
- To plan for space and pre – arrangements for receiving stocks in Frozen, Chilled and Ambient Area
- Communicate with the fork lift operator about the new shipments and monitor the locations
- To ensure stocks are received as per Purchase Order and as per specifications received in the same
- Receive the product with correct LPO
- Check the purchase order date
- Ensure that invoice should match with the LPO
- To ensure stocks are receiving against authentic documents from supplier like invoice, Packing List, B/L as mentioned against IMPO or LPO
- Document verification upon the receiving
- Make sure all the information in the document it's correct
- To check stocks received are in right full quality, right temperature, right condition of packaging
- At least 2 years' experience in Inventory
- Computer literacy - must be able to record the stock receipts accurately.
- A quick learner with a good attitude to excel in storage and movement goods
