Based in Abu Dhabi, your role will be instrumental to drive new investments, overseeing the entire deal lifecycle from origination to execution and subsequently managing a specific portfolio of assets.
What the job involves
- Drive the identification process for potential opportunities, sourcing and screening new investments from origination to execution.
- Act as a day-to-day asset manager for portfolio assets, shaping and developing strategy.
- Build and manage relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and finance, to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Prepare and present investment proposals and updates to senior management and investment committees.
- Experienced investment professional from a top-tier special situations, hybrid capital, or tactical solutions investment team, with deal experience incorporating both equity and credit elements.
- Proven track record in leading end-to-end deal origination and execution across the capital structure in complex situations.
- Deep industry knowledge across a variety of financial instruments.
- Versatile communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt effectively to suit the specific needs and preferences of various audiences.
