What the job involves
- Lead the sourcing, origination, and execution of US real estate private equity deals
- Oversee the entire investment process, from initial screening and analysis to closing and exit strategies
- Present and defend investment opportunities to the investment committee, providing detailed analysis and strategic insights
- Actively monitor portfolio performance and manage post-investment activities
- Stay ahead of market trends and developments to uncover new investment opportunities in key sectors and regions
- Significant experience in US real estate private equity, with a proven track record of sourcing and executing successful deals
- Strong background in investment banking and real estate private equity from leading institutions
- Solid analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to present and defend investment recommendations
- Experience managing the full life cycle of investments, from due diligence to exits
- A degree, preferably an advanced degree, in a relevant field from a top-tier university
