Key Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis: Analyze and interpret financial statements, quarterly earnings reports, and other relevant financial data to provide insights for investor communications.
- Investor Materials Preparation: Develop, update, and refine presentations and reports for investors, including earnings decks, annual reports, and other corporate communications using PowerPoint and ThinkCell to ensure high-quality and visually impactful materials.
- Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitive analyses, and shareholder activity to provide key insights for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Communication: Assist in the preparation and dissemination of quarterly earnings materials, investor updates, and press releases. Liaise with external analysts and institutional investors to address queries and provide accurate information.
- Financial Modeling: Assist in creating and maintaining financial models to run forecasting scenarios and an answer investor inquiries. Work with finance teams to ensure accuracy and integrity of all models and reports.
- Event Support: Help coordinate investor meetings, earnings calls, roadshows, and other investor-related events. Prepare briefing materials and support leadership during investor interactions.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in consulting or investment banking, with exposure to financial statement analysis, modeling, and corporate finance.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in PowerPoint and ThinkCell for creating sophisticated presentations and visualizations.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting financial statements and researches.
- Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, concise insights. Strong attention to detail is a must.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior management and investors.
- Team Player: Highly collaborative, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CFA designation or progress toward it is a plus.
