INVESTOR RELATIONS MANAGER - Welf

MISSION

To drive investor satisfaction, strengthen relationships, and support the company's growth by effectively communicating with investors, managing their expectations, and expanding the investor base. Through proactive engagement and relationship-building, you will play a pivotal role in Welf's strategic growth, ensuring current and potential investors see Welf as a trusted and valuable partner in their financial journey.

OUTCOMES

Talent Magnet

  • Build a personal talent pool by attracting 1–3 fully qualified A-Players per month through LinkedIn, industry events, and personal networks.
  • Engage with top talent in the wealth management, fintech, and alternative investment sectors, positioning Welf as an employer of choice.

Revenue Contribution

  • Secure at least $X million in new investments or reinvestments from current investors through targeted relationship-building and communication strategies.
  • Drive growth in annual investment revenue by maintaining strong investor confidence and securing continued financial commitment.

Customer Retention

  • Maintain an investor retention rate of 90% or higher, ensuring that investors remain engaged, satisfied, and committed to long-term investments.
  • Proactively address investor concerns and provide tailored solutions to improve overall satisfaction and engagement.

Customer Introduction

  • Increase the investor base by 15%, leveraging existing investor relationships to introduce new investors through referrals, meetings, and networking.
  • Ensure the successful onboarding of new investors, ensuring high standards of communication, responsiveness, and smooth transitions during the introduction process.

Investor Relations Team Expansion

  • Recruit and onboard at least 2 new investor relations employees annually to support team growth and enhance capacity for managing investor relationships.
  • Mentor new team members, ensuring they are well-integrated into the company culture and trained in best practices for investor relations.

Capital Raise Support

  • Assist in raising at least $X million in new capital by providing potential investors with the necessary materials, managing follow-ups, and supporting the CEO and leadership in capital-raising activities.
  • Drive increased investor engagement through effective materials, presentations, and regular communication, helping secure funding for strategic initiatives.

Investor Communication

  • Deliver timely and accurate monthly updates and quarterly reports to investors, ensuring 100% of communications are aligned with company financial strategy.
  • Tailor investor communications to meet the specific needs of different investor segments, ensuring clarity, relevance, and engagement.

Investor Database Management

  • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date investor database, ensuring 100% accuracy in contact information, communication history, and preferences.
  • Implement systems to track and manage investor interactions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up on key investor requests and needs.
