IT Engineer

Zapegg Tax Consultant is looking for a skilled and proactive IT Engineer to support and enhance our technological infrastructure at our Dubai office. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys problem-solving, system optimization, and working in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks to ensure smooth functionality.
• Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests from staff.
• Provide technical support across the company, both remotely and in person.
• Set up accounts and workstations for new users and ensure security protocols are followed.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
• Maintain inventory and documentation related to IT assets and support processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
• Familiarity with various operating systems, network systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Good communication and time management skills.
