Radisson Dubai DAMAC Hills opened mid April 2021, & is looking to strengthen it’s team with a talented IT In-Charge.

We are proud of our 480 room hotel (90 suites) overlooking the Trump Golf Course, within the DAMAC Hills Community in Dubai Land. To create many a memorable moment for our guests, we will have 3 F&B outlets in Fire Lake Grill restaurant, Hessa St. Kitchen- serving authentic Asian favourites a la carte, Hills Pool Deck, & 4 meeting rooms. To help our guests unwind, a Dreamworks Spa, a 25m swimming pool & a well-equipped Gym await to be used.

Key Responsibilities Of IT In-Charge

• Manage and monitor all network infrastructure components (i.e. routers, switches, firewalls, etc).
• Maintain servers (Remote office servers, switches, firewall, etc), desktops and cluster network including security, virus management, onsite and offsite backups and recovery.
• Monitor the operation and security of all computer hardware and ensure that it is operating properly
• Ensure that all software runs with no output errors, no response time problems and functioning according to specifications
• Prepare a timely report regarding the systems and issues related to smooth operation of application software
• Keep up-to-date knowledge about the dynamic changes in the industry, especially related to IT
• Connect with the Guests to ensure that their expectations are met
  
  

Requirements For IT In-Charge

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality in same role
• International Hotel brand experience
• GCC experience
• Personal integrity
• Proven Guest Engagement capabilities
• Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests
• Flexible working hours
